Message from Executive Management

OMRON TAIYO embodies this belief, which has been handed down from our predecessors.

Established in 1972 in collaboration with JAPAN SUN INDUSTRIES as the Japan's first welfare factory for people with disabilities (currently a special subsidiary), for 50 years since then, we have created an age as a pioneer of an inclusive society in which people work together and contribute to customers and society together, regardless of disability.

We manufacture relay sockets for control equipment and various switches, which are OMRON's main products, and provides value that exceeds customer expectations by eliminating any compromises in quality, delivery time, cost. For the purpose we promote “universal manufacturing” in which all employees can play an active role and demonstrate their strengths, and we routinely prepare and improve production jigs, equipment, and working environments that suit each and every one of our diverse “people.”

Furthermore, in order to become a Leading Company in an inclusive society, we will create unique value by bringing together the thoughts, ingenuity, and team power of each person working in the field, both with and without disabilities.
Through these "Manufacturing + Kotodukuri", we will contribute to society and customers and strive to create a future that originates from the field.
